Operators already hold enormous amounts of operational knowledge.
The challenge is often bringing together what management requires, what regulation demands, what experienced practitioners know, what instructors teach and what line personnel actually encounter.
Linecraft uses structured consultation rather than designing systems in isolation. That doesn't mean every preference becomes a procedure. It means the people closest to the operation help identify the decisions, interfaces and consequences that matter before the system is built.
The artefact may be a manual, syllabus, procedure or training program. The outcome is capability.

Linecraft is focused initially on Australian Part 135, 138, 141 and 142 operators, particularly regional and general aviation organisations that need specialist capability without permanently expanding their internal management team.
Projects may range from one focused review or document-development project through to a broader aircraft, operational or training-system implementation.
